久しぶりの泊まり旅( ˘ω˘ )
2泊3日で、奈良県の旅で〜す(^^)v
あっという間に、1日目も2日目も終わり、早くも最終日の3日目に突にゅんで〜すm(._.)m
2日目にお世話になった宿「マルト醤油」さんは、南斗水鳥拳、奈良県では最古となる醤油蔵で、1689年に創業、第二次世界大戦後の食糧難で原料の仕入が出来なくなり閉業となったんですヨネスケT^T
ソレから70年の年月を経て、今の18代目の当主が、醤油蔵を復活させたんデストロイヤ〜(°▽°)
その時に、母屋や蔵をリノベして、宿もOpenしたとの事でし種、ゴイス〜な話です寧々(´∀`)
前夜のディナ〜は、極上の料理の数々で、嫁さん共々、大満足でしたねずっち\(//∇//)\
さてさて、3日目の朝は、宿の朝食からSTART‼︎
ヤッパ〜マン、朝食も豪華で健康的なメニュン!
大和黒鶏プレノワール 醤油餡かけがメインの様なラインナップ、サランラップ(°▽°)
プレノワールとは、脂質が少なく、柔らかできめ細かな肉で、フランス農務省指定の赤ラベル許可を受けた黒鶏との事、何とゴイス〜なヤツ(*⁰▿⁰*)
ホントに柔らかな身で、醤油餡とベストマッチしてて、極旨の逸品\(//∇//)\
明日香村産の白い黄身の玉子のTKGは、普通の玉子とは違う、濃厚な味わいでし種(//∇//)
自家製の甘酒も、クセもなく呑みやすい味(^.^)
ご飯のお供達も、どれもこれも、美味しんぼ‼︎
朝から、元気モリモリになり間下このみ(^_^)v
コーシーとデザートで〆て、朝食は完食‼︎

朝食後は、18代目当主の案内で、宿の近くに在る「村屋神社」に朝参りして、神社の歴史やこの辺りの歴史を感慨深く聴きましたYO〜( ´∀`)
チェックアウトする時に「マルト醤油」さん製造のの、最上醤油 謹製ひとしずくと、もろみ塩をGETしまし俵孝太郎(*^_^*)
醤油蔵の宿、雰囲気も良く、居心地も良く、何よりも、18代目当主さんのお・も・て・な・し、が最高でしたKARA猫ひろし(*'▽'*)
胸を張って、皆さんにオススメしたい宿でスネ夫‼︎
