チェックインからチェックアウトまで飲み放題の宿。ソフトドリンクはもちろん、アルコールも種類豊富に。
お客は喜ぶが、お店にとっても生産性向上にWin-Winだと言うことが分かった。
まず夕食時までは、乾き物以外に後からアテも加わる。
ドリンクの種類は豊富で、特に日本酒は県産よりしっかり揃えている。
夕食時は、飲み放題コーナーがそのまま継続する。
牛肉朴葉焼きと刺身盛り合わせ以外はハーフビュッフェになる。
業務用は多いが、地元を意識したものもあり上手く揃えている。
一方の朝食は鯛茶漬けがウリ。
味噌汁の要望が多くあり、最近用意しているようだ。
羽釜ご飯は茶碗二杯分。一杯は白飯で食べたい。
だから味噌汁は歓迎だ。
この白飯は出汁を加わるとモチっとして美味しくなる。
このシステムは人件費的にはメリットがあると思う。
基本的にセルフだから、いわゆるプロフェッショナルは必要ない。
全般的に、休前日利用とは言え少し高いかなと言う印象はあるが、スタッフはニコニコして目配りあり素晴らしい。
