以前「ぐんじ」で食べたものとビジュアル的には違和感ありません
貝割れ大根と白髪ネギのしゃきしゃきの食感、炙った叉焼は外側はカリっとして柔らかい
梅ペーストが溶け込んだスープは若干赤みを帯びた色をしています
麺は細目の縮れ
相変わらず旨いです

細い縮れ麺が絶妙塩スープを持ち上げます
他店とは違って、黙っていても出て来るネギ油とニンニクを入れて味変❗
ぐんじ系でも独立店のようなのでお店によって違いがあります、かな

レンゲの他に穴あきレンゲが次いてるのも納得❗
縮れ細麺の茹で加減はバッチリ
勿論、おろしニンニクは入れます
めちゃくちゃ辛くもないのでスープはゴクゴク行けますねー
でもやっぱり塩を注文しているお客さんが多かった
