松阪駅南口から徒歩すぐの場所にあります。
朝9時からオープン、町の鰻屋さん。
休日の朝、松阪市街を歩く。
雨上がりの街、少ない人通り。
吹き抜ける風が心地いい。
気分だけ福山雅治になって、、、
かぜにぃ〜さーそわぁ〜れぇ〜〜〜♪
「松阪は牛やない。鶏と鰻や」
あかん、、、(´・_・`)
呪文のような、おツレさんの言葉が。。。
外観、古くから続くお店の風格。
外からテイクアウトで注文できる窓も。
店内、入ると右側に厨房と女将さん。
女将「ご飲食?中へどうぞ〜!」
奥へ進むと、和室の部屋。
テーブル4つの落ち着いた雰囲気。
ふと目をやると階段、2階にも客室ある様子。
■うなぎ丼 竹(1,500円)
ご飯少なめでオーダー。
うなぎ丼、吸物、漬物。
うなぎ丼
関西風、皮パリッと焼き。
その皮の香ばしさが良い!
タレ、甘めだがまあまあ薄め。
ごはん、ほんの少し柔らかめだが許容範囲。
追いタレは卓上に無いので、注意して進める。
あと、丼がすごい軽くてビックリ。
肝吸
肝と三つ葉。
まあまあレアめな肝。
途中、鰻の脂が箸を伝って吸物に。
ほんの少し、コクが増したように感じる。
漬物
紫蘇、きゅうり、たくあん。
さて、終盤となり鰻も消滅。
タレごはんになってから、本領発揮。
ごはんとタレ、鰻の脂が一体となる。
あら不思議、うまい!
今や、ランチは1,000円越えが当たり前。
この値段、しかも朝食で鰻は嬉しい。
