腕利きの寿司職人の小坂井大将が握る、本格的な江戸前寿司を食べれる人気の寿司屋である。

◉東京の寿司の名門「すきやばし次郎」と「鮨ますだ」の流れを継ぐ小坂井大将は、京都では江戸前の随一の握り手である。
2020年にオープンして間もないので、京都ではまだ余り知られていないが、リピーターが増え続け、益々予約が取りにくくなってきている。
京都で寿司を食べるなら、寿司の美味さとコスパを考えると『鮨おび乃』が一番良いと思う。
