自家製青梅が完成したとのことで
青梅サワーからスタート
肩肘張らずに気軽に大将と話しながら
楽しく食事が進みます

本日の主役は今シーズン初めましての鮎
綺麗な串打ちと丁寧な炭焼き
皮はパリッとして香ばしく
でも全く焦げ目はありません
香ばしさの中に鮎の香りもしっかり
身もふっくらと焼き上がり
頭から尻尾までいただきます
全員が「もっと食べたい!」ですね
身の厚いきす、丸茄子の揚げ出汁もとても美味しく印象的でした
やや柔らかめに炊かれた土鍋ご飯
鯵の塩焼きはふっくらとして脂乗りも最高
じゃこもふわりとして美味しく
気づいたら大盛りご飯3杯も食べてました
高級食材のオンパレードにやや疲れてきた私
本物の料理の素晴らしさがここにあります
このお値段でいいのかと思ってしまいますが 笑
季節ごと、いや毎月でも伺いたい
