旭川・買物公園にある焼鳥屋さん。
買物公園と言っても8条だから駅からは、意外と歩くかな?
開店15分後の入店、口開けでした。その後結構お客さん続きました。
カウンター席と小上がり席、奥には広い部屋もありますね。
店内にはPOPな音楽が流れています。
まずは
「生ビール」(480円)。
お通しは、春雨サラダ・蒸し鳥・ポテトサラダなど。
焼き物は
「鳥もも(知床産)」(2本300円・塩で)
「つくね」(2本300円・タレで)
「鳥白レバー」(2本300円・タレで)を。
「1本からでも注文可能ですよ。」とのことだったけど、値段も手頃だったので、全て2本ずつでね。
鳥もも・・串は少し小ぶりです。値段も手頃なので問題ありません。ジューシーで、肉質も柔らかい。焼鳥は備長炭で焼いているそうです。
つくね・・少し濃いめのタレが旨いです。
鳥白レバー・・ちょうどいい焼き加減、とろけるような食感がいいですね。
日本酒飲みたくて「くどき上手」を頼んだら「1杯分取れない・・・」とのことで、ハンパな分をサービスしてくれました。
「大信州」(600円)を注文。
黒板メニューから何か頼もうと
「カプレーゼ」を。値段が書いて無かったの、聞いてみると1,100円とのこと。
フルーツトマトとジャパチーズ旭川のモッツァレラ、オリーブオイルと黒コショウがかかっています。ちょっと高いけど、これは最高の組み合わせでした。
平日は店主さんワンオペとのことですが、週末だったので、スタッフさん入っていましたよ。
途中から店主さんと話をしました。レビューで「ちょいワル」って書いている方いるけど、見た感じはそんな雰囲気。でも話してみると、楽しくて気さくな方。結構イケメンさんだったので、顔出し交渉しましたが、丁重にお断りされました・・(残念・・)。寒い季節は「おでん」も扱っているようなので、そちらも味わってみたいと思いました!
