日本酒の種類も豊富で、派手さはありませんが、地道に・地元ファンに愛されている、地場産品応援の店です。
魚の目利き料理長・越智建詞氏による、セレクトが光る居酒屋です。
さて、本日は宴会です。
しかも、幹事役ではありません。7,500円て、呑み放題付きのコース。
錦織圭の記者会見以来、大人気になっている、日本海の美味魚・のどぐろか、一人一匹付いています。(瀬戸内の魚ではありませんが、幹事の依頼でした)
■前菜=鱧の子煮こごり、里芋ゴマクリーム揚げ

■地穴子、いわし、地たこ天麩羅

前菜から〆のご飯に至るまで、見事に魚尽くし、しかも、バリエーションが多彩で全く飽きさせません。
特に、穴子のお造りは、初めての味。
こりっと、プリッと、歯応えが愉しく、肉厚の河豚の様な感じ。
そして、錦織君の記者会見以来、価格高騰ののどぐろは、昨年、新潟で食べたのより大振りで、脂がのった極上品。
時期はズレておりますが、牡蠣の身も大きく、炙った殻の上で、ふっくら、ムチムチプリンです!
海の幸にこだわった、居酒屋フルコース、堪能させて戴きました。
