♦簡単に
中華居酒屋。単価が安いので肩の力を抜いて気楽に注文できる。お味は不可なものがなかったので、また食べたい・他のも食べてみたいと感じさせるところがいいかな。
通常中華料理店で女性の店員さんと話す機会はないが、こちらは、カウンター席越しに気軽に話せ、丸テーブルが小上がりの座卓に変わったっ〜のが、こちらの特長なんでしょうね!
会津坂下町の同店名が本店のようだ!

◆店内
あれーっ。誰もおらん。中へ進むとカウンターの中からマスク姿のお姉さんからカウンターへ案内。つけ台が狭いからか?近いすね(笑)お姉さん、ほぼ無言でタブレットを手渡された。。。眼の前にいるのに、、、まぁ〜いいか!!
カウンター席と同じ仕切りに円卓。三和土におり別仕切りが2部屋あり円卓ありです。この円卓に絨毯が妖しく感じてたのね。あーっ、レースのカーテンも(笑)
◆注文
食べたかった焼鳥から皮とカシラ各3本で330円と450円
まずはビール大700円〜。落ち着かないのである。。。タブレットを覗く。中華と言えば水餃子440円。
お通しは?、、、と聞かれ、、、確かにタブレットにおとおしとある。日本酒2合600円とエビチリ550円追加
焼売好きなら逃せなく〜特製焼売440円追加。
◆お味(特筆)
焼鳥はカシラより、鶏皮の方が蒸し焼きされおり柔らかく美味かった。エビチリは写真の通りで、敷キャベツに中振りのむき海老が5つ。海老はぷりぷりでちょいピリ辛。
焼売〜食感はかまぼこだけど、断面はしっかりひき肉。揚げてるからこんな食感なのかな?
◆お客さん
若者男女5人位が2時間飲み放題で、しばらくして、若いカップル風がカウンター席端へ。電話予約が入った。人数不明で、ビールを食らった若きガールズバー風店員男性バイトちゃん。振り出しにもどされた(笑)
バイトちゃんと5人組は知り合い。カップル風男性と5人組の一人は知合い。
◆店員さん
先行ロガー様達によると、複数の美しい女性がとあったが、、、土曜日21:30は30代女性とバイトちゃん。厨房には40代男性お一人様。途中オーナーかな?50代女性が調度品を運んでたけど、、、挨拶なかったから誰?
バイトちゃん〜今時珍しい〜すね。中で煙モクモク。お姉さんに注意されてもモクモク(笑)。。。まぁ、こちらは気にはならなかったすけど。
◆訪問動機
美味しい焼鳥が食べたいと昼間から思っており、土曜日の20時過ぎに、居酒屋へGOしたのですが、
「権兵衛」「天竜」「上酒林」は【予約客で満席】。。。
◯途中「喜平そばや」からは談笑の声が聞こえてきましたが、赤提灯灯っておらず。マゲンドは中が覗けましたが背格好が若い子達で半分埋まってのでパス。
国道沿いから外れたら人は少ないだろうと読み、ワシントンホテル前に移動し、初見の「かどっちよ」は赤提灯灯るも中に入ると終了とのこと。居酒屋「よしむら」〜客はいるが赤提灯が消えていた。
こちらは店前に中華な曲も流れてました。今までに何度か入店を試みてはいましたが、中華の雰囲気に馴染めなかったのだが、「中華居酒屋」の文字に惹かれ、やっと入店した21:30。
