◆鯛茶漬けと焼きごま豆腐が名物の正統派日本料理店
◆店主はうち山出身ながらも師匠を持たず、独学で研究し料理を作り続けてきた
◆佐賀で5年→西中洲で5年→2016年西中洲にて移転オープン
以前の店舗の際に福岡でここまでの日本料理が頂けるとはと感動して以来、お伺い出来ていなかったのですが、ひょっとしたきっかけで新店舗にランチで訪問です。
新店舖は銀杏の木を使用した立派なL字カウンターの14席と那珂川に中洲のネオンが映える個室も充実しておりかなりグレードアップ。
サクッとお昼を頂きたかったので、鯛茶漬けをお願いいたしました。
~鯛茶漬けセット¥1,500~
■焼きごま豆腐
當店名物のご挨拶の一品ですね!
外はカリッ中はトロッと焼き上げられています。わさび醤油で頂きます。
■天然真鯛のアラ炊き
焼きごま豆腐との味の濃淡のバランスが面白いです。
■鯛茶漬け
玄界産の最上級天然真鯛を鯛茶に特化したくるみやカシューナッツが入った自家製ごまだれで和え、土鍋で一組づつ炊きあげられる特A級米・さがびよりと流し込むと身体が至福に満たされます。
一杯目は鯛とお米だけで!
二杯目はそこに熱々の八女煎茶をかけて!
こちらの鯛茶漬けの主役は何と言ってもお米です!
兎にも角にもお米が美味しすぎる!!!!
この土鍋ご飯だけでも¥1,500の価値はあると思います。
■ぜんざい
あったかいぜんざいです。
サラサラタイプで余韻も良いです。
これまで日本全国(ほぼ銀座ですが...。)数々の鯛茶漬けを頂いてきましたが、個人的に日本屈指!!
採算度外視の鯛茶漬けセットばかり食べないで、夜も伺ってきちんとお店にも貢献しないといけませんね(^_^;)

時を置かずして早速再訪です。

こちらも高満足度!!
充実したランチの気分の時は¥3,000のコースも良いですね!
ただし、鯛茶漬け前までにお腹が膨れますので、その分鯛茶漬けの感動は薄れます。
空きっ腹に鯛茶漬けをダイレクトにチャージされたい場合はやはり鯛茶漬けセット¥1,500がオススメです!
