日曜日の夜、博多駅筑紫口から徒歩2分ほど、「うまかたい 博多筑紫口駅前店」にうかがいました。
イカの活け造りとごまサバ、ごまカンパチが名物。
6月末にリニューアルオープンしたばかりの完全個室居酒屋です。

博多駅すぐ近くの飲食店が多数はいる商業ビルの4階。
ワンフロア全て、こちらのお店になっています。
靴を脱いで店内へ。
店内は全て個室。
大小様々なサイズがあり、ありとあらゆるニーズに対応できそうです。
かなり活気があります。
店員さんに丁寧に席までご案内いただきました。

ごまサバや炙り辛子明太子、もつ鍋、水炊きなどなど、博多名物がずらり!
ドリンクは飲み放題が人気のようです。

ダイコンにレタス、ニンジン、ネギなどなどたっぷり!
お野菜は契約農家から直送されているとのことで、新鮮そのもの!
ドレッシングはさっぱりとした味付けで、野菜本来の甘みも感じられます。
★胡麻サバ・カンパチの二種盛り比べ…¥1,260
こちらのお店の名物を食べ比べできる贅沢なメニュー!
胡麻サバは脂が載っていて、もっちりとした食感。
胡麻カンパチは身が引き締まっていて、コリコリとした歯ごたえ。
香ばしいごまの風味と甘めのタレが美味しさを引き立てます。
わさびやレモンを絞っていただくと、また違った美味しさを楽しめます。

おすすめとのことでオーダー。
この日はサーモンでした。
滑らかな口当たり。
訪問日(9月)が旬ということもあり、脂がたっぷり載っています。
口の中に入れた瞬間とろけてしまいました。
★ねぎと地鶏の白湯鍋…¥1,680
ねぎや白菜、水菜、ニンジン、エリンギ、シイタケなどたっぷりのお野菜に、大きくカットされた地鶏がゴロンと。
肉団子も入っています。
地鶏はぷりんぷりん!弾力がすごい!
スープは濃厚でクリーミー。旨みがたっぷり染み出しています。
体の芯にまで温まる、最高の締めになりました。
【あとがき】
人気になるのも納得。
個室でゆったりと九州らしいお料理を堪能しました。
かなり広いお店なのにも関わらず、店員さんがすぐに来ていただけるのには頭が下がります。
