猿田彦珈琲のお店で店長やっていた方が始めたお店とか、お店には奥様と思しき方と生まれて間もないようなお子さんもいます。古民家リノベで民家の再生、トイレ含めてきれいに改装されているので不満はありません。Wi-Fiもあります。
これから寒くなるので古民家は断熱性の問題があるのでその辺りはどうでしょうかね、珈琲はお好みに合わせて調節してドリップしてくれます。甲府の珈琲って浅いお店が多い印象でしたが、最近、ここんちも含めて深煎りドリップ系が増えてきて嬉しいですね。
甲府中心部に珈琲文化が勃興しております。
