It was 17:15 on a weekday near Ube-Shinkawa station. After finishing work at a business trip, four of my colleagues and I went to "Sanjime Aminoto Sakanaya Dojo" Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) chain, a Chimney-affiliated restaurant. We were seated at a table just after opening. We ordered a single item all-you-can-drink 2 hours for 1,500 yen and drank draft beer. The crispy kamaboko is a local delicacy! Tuna, Spanish mackerel, sea bream, horse mackerel and yazu. Tempura The fatty horse mackerel and yazu make the beer go down a treat! The sweetness deepens~ My colleague, a Hokkaido native, was surprised at the Tempura. I often eat corn in Hokkaido, but this is the first time for me to try Tempura. We switched our drinks to highballs and grilled a piece of Choshu chicken thigh, a specialty of Yamaguchi. It's juicy and nice! ハイボールもう一杯♪ Sweets好きの同僚も今宵は封印。Sweets He said he wanted to go to Ube Ramen before he went to the restaurant. I'll be back! I'll be back!
