This time, I went to Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) "Shogetsu" in the port town of Uozu in the Hokuriku region to drink. I was lucky to find a TV nearby while sitting at the counter, and I was able to watch the sixth game of the Japan Series, Giants vs. Rakuten. It's little things like this that are important. For me, they improve the image of the restaurant. Anyway. As for Shogetsu's yakitori skills, they're pretty good considering it's run by two young guys. The skewers look quite carefully prepared. For some reason, you can't choose between sauce and salt for some yakitori. I guess they're particular about something. All the skewers are of above-average quality and taste. It's conveniently located in front of the station, so it's easy to get to. The night of watching baseball at Shogetsu went on... Well. It's a bit simple, but... see you again.
