The "Samurai" chicken dish of "Kano Jidori Piyo," which are raised in the lush nature of Tottori Prefecture, have a nostalgic, wild flavor that is exquisite. We also recommend the juicy Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) made from "Daisen Chicken," which has high-quality meat.
