Gyushaku, a charcoal Yakiniku (Grilled meat) yakiniku restaurant, opened last year (2021) just a few minutes from the Odakyu Machida East Exit. This is a new wave yakiniku Yakiniku (Grilled meat) where you can order a la carte from offal to rare cuts to your heart's content. The interior of the restaurant has a bright atmosphere. There are rows of box seats that remind me of Family restaurant. Orders are made using a tablet. From my impression so far, I thought this was a cheap restaurant, but when I looked at the contents of the tablet, it seemed like they had quite a few rare cuts and some unusual menu items. First, I ordered a highball and looked over the menu. The first meat I ordered was tongue. ▫️ Premium quality salt It's a bit thick but soft and tasty. Served with lemon sauce. Next, I ordered the hormone. Since I was alone, I ordered three types. ▫️Three types of offal (spicy) Maybe horumon, heart meat, or kopchan? I often use it in spicy sauces. It's not that spicy, but it has a rich flavor. This would go well with rice. I quickly added rice and kimchi. It's a bit unusual. I ordered rice with green onions and egg. ▫️Green onion and egg rice Rice topped with chopped green onions, egg yolk, and seaweed. It goes well with the rich flavor of the horumon. ▫️Kimchi I use it often and it's delicious. It also has a lot of garlic. Here's another dish ▫️Pickled skirt steak It comes with vegetables as well, making for a good balance. The large, thick skirt steak is slowly grilled and then cut into pieces with scissors. The flavor is rich and delicious. It goes great with rice. After trying a variety of dishes, I realized it was a convenient Yakiniku (Grilled meat). It's worth coming to this restaurant just for the marinated meat.
