Our store has a history of over 35 years. Soba is a source of health...We want to be particular about it from scratch, so all of our noodles are homemade and we don't use any additives! We order buckwheat flour that is domestically produced and is the best available at that time of year. We also have seasonal menus, so you can enjoy the flavors of the season.
