[b: [Added] June 5, 2015] [a:http://d.hatena.ne.jp/selmel/20150605/1433510326,A trip to Snuff Kitchen @ Higashikoganei to have some midday drinks] If older people don't use their paid leave, it's hard for young people to take time off. My juniors say this to me and are grateful for it (?), so I decide to take them up on their offer and take some paid leave. I see off the seven people in charge as they head off to work, then do the laundry and take a morning bath. If it were sunny, it would be beer time here, but unfortunately it's cloudy. On a day like this, sake is the answer...([a:http://d.hatena.ne.jp/selmel/20150605/1433510326,Read more]) ■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□■□ Slurping on 100% buckwheat soba noodles while listening to BOBMARLEY @Snuff Kitchen, Higashi-Koganei I'm working, and the person in charge of 7 is coming home late because of a lesson, so I'll stop by. Snuff Kitchen @ Higashi Koganei agreed. This is the site of the lighthouse that I had been wanting to visit someday. View restaurants [378] on a larger map I sat down in a vacant seat and looked at the menu. So, what should I do? I thought for a while, which was unusual for me. I always order "Mori Soba" when I go to a new restaurant, I was a little torn between shrimp and lamb due to some luck. After some deliberation, I decided on shrimp, shrimp. in. First, they both quench their thirst with alcohol. I'm Heartland and the person in charge of 7 is Sangria. Isn't Heartland a good deal at 500 yen? First of all, I was thirsty so I gulped it down. Bob Marley plays inside the store. For a moment, you'll have the illusion that you're in FUJIYAMA Cafeterias. I wonder if Bob Marley goes well with soba noodles as well as yakiniku (Yakiniku (Grilled meat))? Just 10 minutes. First up was the shrimp and avocado soba salad ordered by person in charge No. 7. The scent of basil wafts through the air even to me, who hasn't eaten anything. The person in charge of 7 mixes it all up carefully and then takes a big bite. Shrimp and avocado...exactly what the person in charge of number 7 likes. That's pretty funny (lol) That's me, hot noodles with shrimp dumplings. The dipping sauce contains shrimp dumplings, plenty of chrysanthemum, and small radishes. The shrimp dumplings have a wonderful flavor that is just as good as the dipping sauce. The distinctive flavor of the chicory is also wonderful. Even though they're tiny, these mini radishes still taste like radishes and are fantastic! Although the soba flavor is weak, it has a nice, chewy texture. It may not be enough for growing kids, but it was perfect for us who were drinking. And the radish was delicious, so I also ordered some Japanese vegetable pickles which use the same radish. This radish. As someone who likes things with a bit of crunch, this was a perfect match. Even the person in charge of number 7, who loves lotus root, couldn't stop grinning at the shredded lotus root. Before I knew it, I was ordering a Takaosan sake (lol) Soba Chef (is that the right name?; haha)'s stories were also really fun. We got so caught up in talking that we forgot our glasses were empty. Next time I'd like to try something a bit more to go with my drinks. Also, I'd love to go to Kyu with my relatives too. Thank you for the meal!
