Sun Mary was founded in 1946. This is the bakery I've been going to since I was a child. The one I often buy here is "Takumi". This bread is made using yudane yeast, so it stays soft even after a while. It's moist and soft, and I prefer eating it raw. It has a good wheat flavor and is sweet. I wondered why I never get tired of it, and realized it's because the crust is also sweet. I think this is a delicious bread that is just as good as the high-end breads that are popular these days.
