This is a fresh pasta specialty store where you can enjoy a wide variety of pasta dishes using carefully selected fresh noodles with a chewy texture. We have a customizable drink bar and a salad bar w |
I think it used to be a coffee shop. This was my first visit. The parking lot is shared with a pizza restaurant and a Karaoke bar, so it may get crowded depending on the time. Today, we were able to easily get into the parking lot and into the store. Soon after, some people who seemed to work nearby started waiting for us. I ordered summer vegetable peperoncino and the salad bar. I ordered a large portion of pasta to share, but it was worth the extra 200 yen and was quite filling. The salad bar is standard. The fresh pasta had a chewy, floury texture. It was similar to udon, but I didn't dislike the texture.
