“Marriage of bread “Bread” and coffee beans “Bean”! ” Bread & Bean. The initial letter B was squared and named [B²]. The main store opened in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa in 2020 as a new industrial cafe that combines a bakery and coffee roasting factory, and currently has four restaurant in Tokyo. We are creating restaurant where you can feel the bread and beans, as well as the bakers, roasters, and baristas, come alive.

We use 100% natural fruit yeast for fermentation, with the hope that you will eat something delicious and good for your body. The flour is shipped directly from Maeda Farm in Tokachi, which is popular for its high quality. For a limited time, we also use new wheat that was harvested that year and quickly milled. We also offer a wide selection of breads.We offer a wide range of Side Dishes, Sweets, Sandwiches, cakes, and more, which change seasonally and daily, so you can enjoy a variety of flavors.

The coffee beans are carefully roasted by experienced roasters and available in a variety of roasts, from light to dark roasted. We installed a roasting machine called the ``LORINGA15,'' which circulates hot air throughout the pot to evenly heat each grain. It is less likely to cause unevenness, prevents unpleasant tastes, and brings out the flavor. Then, the barista carefully brews and serves it to you. We offer a variety of our original brands, including light drinks with a fruity flavor and drinks with a hint of cacao.
