At our store, everything from aging to processing of raw black tongue is done in-house. The method of handling has been certified as a “utility model.” Each one is carefully processed by hand to remove unnecessary odors and tastes, resulting in a rich flavor. We recommend the ``thick-sliced premium tongue.'' We offer ultra-rare cuts that can only be taken from one cow for one person, and are approximately 4mm thick, more than twice the thickness of regular beef tongue. Please enjoy this soft and satisfying dish.

We offer a 100-minute all-you-can-eat course to ensure you fill your stomach! [Takumi]'s all-you-can-eat course includes 7 types of tongue, including "thick-sliced tongue," as well as 50 other dishes, including "Ushisuke kalbi," horumon, "Ushisuke salad," and "bibimbap"! We also have an all-you-can-drink menu, ranging from a standard plan for 1,628 yen to a soft drink plan for 550 yen, so please choose according to the occasion.
