Our udon noodles are made from 100% domestic wheat from Hokkaido. We offer freshly made food at any time in the store. It goes great with freshly fried Tempura and tempura! Enjoy the two textures: chewy and crispy. The soup stock uses Ibuki iriko. It is characterized by an easy-to-eat flavor that allows you to feel the flavor of sardines.
