We are particular about each type of seafood we use, including seasonal wild fish, shellfish, and sea urchin. We use these ingredients in a variety of cooking methods, such as assorted platters and grilled dishes, to provide you with our signature delicacies. We also carefully select seasonings such as bonito flakes from Makurazaki, Kagoshima Prefecture, salt shipped directly from the Oga Peninsula, and wasabi. Furthermore, we use an original blend of bonito flakes and tuna flakes for our authentic soup stock, which is made just like fresh fish.
