We make our own natural yeast and slowly put it in the refrigerator to ferment at a low temperature, then we bake it after the final fermentation according to the time of your visit. The flour is a blend of Golden Crane from northern Kanto, which is made using a special additive-free method, and wheat from Hokkaido. It is a chewy bread with a rich flavor and the aroma of wheat.
