Food Seasonal pesticide-free vegetables, fresh fish, and game meat
Vegetables are delivered directly from contracted farmers in Katashina Village, Gunma Prefecture, and we also receive natural wild vegetables and mushrooms that are not available on the market. Fresh fish is delivered directly from fishing ports in Miyako City, Kamaishi City, Iwate Prefecture, etc., or we go directly to the market to stock up on seasonal fish. We receive wild game from Hokkaido and Kyushu directly from hunters. Please enjoy our cuisine made with seasonal ingredients sourced from all over the world.
