At our restaurant, we use a special blend of rice made from Toyama's "Koshihikari" and Yamagata's "Tsuyahime." This rice, mixed at the rice shop owned by the owner's family, has a sweet flavor and pairs perfectly with sushi. Additionally, our homemade "Karasumi" is a proud specialty. Other delicacies such as "Shirako" and "Ankimo" can be enjoyed through various cooking methods, including sautéing, soy sauce marination, and miso marination. Please note that the menu may change according to the season and availability of ingredients, allowing you to savor the flavors of each season.

The Tabelog course plan priced at 21,780 yen offers a total of 20 dishes. It features a seasonal omakase menu that highlights the best ingredients of the season. We take pride in the fact that you can enjoy something new each time you visit, as we primarily use seasonal ingredients. Our menu includes a variety of cooking methods, from sashimi and fried dishes to simmered dishes, grilled items, and our signature sushi. Please take your time and enjoy your meal without worrying about the clock. Our restaurant has been awarded Michelin stars for seven consecutive years from 2018 to 2024.

Our drink menu is irresistible for sake lovers. We offer the classic selections of "Nabeshima" from Saga and "Yui" from Ibaraki. In addition, we have around six other varieties available, along with a rotating selection each week. We also serve shochu made from sweet potatoes, barley, and rice, as well as wine, so feel free to order according to your preference. Additionally, our course meals are available for groups of two or more.
