The legendary horumon, tongue, was absolutely delicious! The tongue was served in a super thick chunk. You cut it into small pieces with scissors and eat it. It was thick and chewy, but not too heavy! I couldn't help but ask for a second helping of tongue lol. Also, the owner's friendly personality is a great thing about this restaurant.
