Food Tosa bonito! If you have raw bonito, you should eat it!
We are particular about using ingredients directly from Kochi. Meat, fish, vegetables, and sun-dried salt! Among them, raw bonito is a special dish that you should definitely try when it's in stock! Our recommendation is to eat it with homemade garlic pickled in soy sauce and sun-dried salt! *Since all of our products are produced directly from Kochi, we may not be able to provide them depending on the stock status.

What we highly recommend you try is the elegantly flavored moray eel sashimi. Reservations are limited, so please make your reservations! We also offer Tempura and fried chicken that can be served without reservation.

We always have over 20 types of local sake and 14 types of shochu purchased directly from the brewery. We also order limited edition and difficult-to-obtain brands from Kochi's leading sake brewers. We also recommend the citrus sour, a specialty of Kochi. We use lavish fruit juices from citrus farmers such as Konatsu, Ginger Yuzu, Bushukan, Naoshichi, and Buntan. Among them, many people become addicted to the ``Bushukan Sour''! Popular with people who don't like sweet tastes ◎
