There is only one Buta Yokocho restaurant in the country. Our representative, Hori, is sometimes in the store, so customers feel at ease and can express their opinions directly. We operate our business with the desire to grow together with our customers over the years. *Currently, I go to work several times a month.

Immediately after the liver arrives at the store, we put it in the refrigerator at a special temperature range, and we carefully manage the liver so that it is not exposed to pressure from other ingredients to ensure that it does not lose its freshness. And every day, the status of the lever is broadcasted on a dedicated website, such as "Buri-Buri Monster", "Bri-Buri", and "Puri-Puri". We always make sure our customers get the liver in the best possible condition that day. Only two people, the store manager and an employee, judge and provide the products.

Every day, we disassemble pork offal (red meat: liver, heart, skirt steak, sagari, tongue, chicken, throat cartilage, throat, airway, and meat) that are carefully controlled and extremely fresh. The butchered pork offal is divided into two types: one for broiling and Grilled offal. We also hold cooking classes to thoroughly convey our skills to our staff.
