At our store, we always have 5 types available from various production areas, choosing what is in season at that time of year. In addition to raw oysters, we also offer all kinds of Oyster dishes. Among them, ``grilled Oyster,'' ` Oyster steamed in white wine,'' and `` Oyster Ajillo'' are popular. We purchase whole chunks of meat from meat processing plants, and our ``Kuroge Wagyu Skirt Skirt'', which is popular with our customers, is processed in-house by removing all excess sinew, oil, and thin skin. Using a unique method of soaking for half a day in onions, garlic slices, and rosemary, the odor is carefully removed and the meat is baked tender.
