Tonight's late-night food binge was at a restaurant called "Gyoza / Dumpling Mania" in a retro Showa-era multi-tenant building at the Takanawa exit of Shinagawa Station. Gyoza / Dumpling Gyoza / Dumpling are made from flour only after an order is placed, so they were far more delicious than any other restaurant. It's an addictive, crazy restaurant.
