One of our recommended dishes is ``kobore Sushi'', which uses fresh ingredients delivered directly from the area, and is topped with extremely fresh sashimi and topped with an incredible amount of salmon roe! Due to limited ingredients, the menu will be limited to 10 groups, with one dish per group. Quantities are limited, so please order early!
