We offer fresh shellfish dishes such as scallops, turban shells, local clams, Oyster, whelk shellfish, flat shellfish, and surf clams. Particularly recommended are `` Oyster'' purchased according to the season, ``Butter Grilled Scallops'' using fresh scallops, ``Assortment of 3 types of shellfish sashimi'' with carefully selected selection of the day, and boiled clams wrapped together. The most popular local sake is Kyushu Kiku, a famous sake from Fukuoka that is particular about making sake that is rooted in the local climate. Basically, you can only drink it locally, but since the owner is related to the brewer, we are able to specially order it. In addition, there are many brands of barley shochu from Kitakyushu, such as ``Buzenkai,'' which is characterized by its aromatic barley aroma and refreshing taste, and ``Muhomatsu,'' made by a long-established sake brewery founded in the Meiji era. Kitakyushu's local beers ``Mojiko Beer'' and ``Kitakyushu Lemon Sour'' are also recommended.
