We recommend the sake Iyokagiya from Ehime Prefecture and Azumamine, a local sake from Iwate Prefecture. It has a deep flavor and is highly praised, with even those who are not used to sake saying it is delicious. Another popular sake in our store is Oshinshu from Nagano Prefecture. If we had to describe this sake in one word, it would be "delicious apple"! You can enjoy the apple-like aroma and juicy taste. We are also flexible in accommodating sake tasting comparisons, so please feel free to ask us.

Our store sells branded pork that cannot be purchased at the market. We have contracted with Kuji Farm in Iwate Prefecture to purchase Sasuke pork directly from the farm. The carefully selected meat is used for Steak, raw franks, stews, etc. Please enjoy the melt-in-the-mouth flavor that is unique to [Sasuke Pork] ♪ In addition, be sure to try the completely lean and healthy [Horse Sashimi] from Fukushima Prefecture, which is packed with the owner's special care, and [Kagiya's Narazuke and Bacon Potato Salad]. This is a must-try dish!

We do not have a set menu. We take a lot of time and effort to prepare the seasonal ingredients that we purchase that day. Enjoy our signature Creative Cuisine that allow you to enjoy the flavors of the ingredients. Japanese, Western, Chinese, all genres go perfectly with sake! The sashimi platter is made with fresh fish caught at the morning market and personally selected by the owner. Depending on the season, raw Oyster are also available. Even those who don't like Oyster can enjoy Akasaki Oyster, which are easy to eat. It is scheduled to be available in stores from March 2019. Look forward to it♪

The interior of the restaurant was designed with the concept of ``so that you can enjoy the food as if you were visiting a sake gallery.'' You can drink alone at the counter, or you are welcome to enjoy it with friends! Enjoy delicious drinks and food to your heart's content. Courses are available with or without all-you-can-drink. We also accept reserved for small groups, so please feel free to discuss your budget with us.
