Had lunch in this dining room today. The lunch menu offers a variety of dishes made with Japanese Black Beef. Diced steak, Hamburg, rump Steak, Steak bowl, roast beef bowl. Of these, I chose Hamburg. The description reads, "The black part is Wagyu beef meat pillow Hamburg (can be eaten rare)." The price is 1,320 yen including tax. I chose garlic sauce. Hamburg that came out was just as described, fluffy and rare. This is great. It's delicious when you put it on rice and eat it with rice. I've never eaten such a rare Hamburg. This is worth a meal. The side dishes, soups and salads were nothing special. Extremely normal. Hamburg is very good.
