I arrived at the store around 3pm on Sunday. I made a reservation on line in advance, so I was able to wait about 5 minutes before entering the store. The Minamisuna store has an elevator, but this store does not seem to have one. You order on the touch panel, but also take what comes by. Sushiro sometimes displays menu items that are not on the panel, so it's fun for the eyes. Due to the influence of Job Tune, I ordered something I rarely order from the Sweets menu: cookies and iced coffee dolce, and it was surprisingly delicious! The top is Chocolate ice cream with cookies inside, making it crunchy and delicious. The outside is fresh cream, which is not too sweet and combines with the ice cream to create a gentle flavor. The ice cream itself is kind of like Shaved ice. It's delicious with the condensed milk mixed in. And the bottom is coffee jelly. This coffee jelly has just the right amount of bitterness and the best coffee flavor. I want to eat it again!
