The most representative Uzbek dish is plov! It is a pilaf-like rice dish made in a large pot, and is the soul food of Uzbekistan. The ingredients and seasonings vary depending on the region, so you can enjoy the different flavors at each restaurant. At our restaurant, we use carrots, beef, lamb, raisins, and garlic. Another recommendation is mantei, a large steamed Gyoza / Dumpling-like dish that is eaten the Uzbek way with yogurt on the side. It is a versatile dish that can also be used as a snack◎

We handcraft four types of Uzbek Sweets at our shop, and they are actually hidden gems on the menu. The most popular among them is the classic "Pakhalava"! It is a traditional baked confectionery made by layering dried fruits and nuts with a dough flavored with butter and walnuts, like a millefeuille. Another classic, "Medovik", is a moist cake made with plenty of honey and cream. We also have an assortment where you can enjoy all the types, so we recommend sharing it with everyone♪
