Thinking of Okinawa
Wandering around Asakusa. Let's start at Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) Manten. It is about an 8-9 minute walk from the nearest station, Asakusa Station on the Tsukuba Express. This restaurant serving Okinawan Cuisine is located behind Kannon. I sat at the counter and had a bottle of beer. I'd like some goya chanpuru, please. Goya chanpuru has an irresistible bitter taste. This dish goes well with both rice and alcohol. Before I knew it, the store was bustling with local regulars. I know it's loved by a lot of people. Barry → Return home.
