Our restaurant's style is to purchase ingredients from villages and islands that are not commonly found in the Tokyo market. We offer a plate that lets you enjoy the natural flavors of carefully selected ingredients, such as fresh seafood, tankaku beef, branded rice "Senninmai" from Higashinaruse Village, Akita Prefecture, and "Isuke Miso" from Yokote City, Akita Prefecture. Recommended dishes include fried horse mackerel from Sakaiminato, Shimane Prefecture, shorthorn beef from Higashinaruse Village, and scooped tofu from Miyata Village, Nagano Prefecture. In addition to set meals, a la carte menus are also available for lunch. How about having lunch during your break or having a drink during the day?

Choose from three courses to suit the occasion: the reasonably priced "3,300 yen course," the "4,400 yen course" with plump shrimp Gyoza / Dumpling, and the "5,500 yen course" with the legendary shorthorn beef. To further enhance the flavor of the dishes, try the "all-you-can-drink sake" option for an additional 2,950 yen!
