The name comes from the fact that the noodles are made by kneading flour and are then thrown into a boiling pot while being cut with a special knife. The other is an all-you-can-eat and drink course with 71 dishes. Each can be used by 3 or more people, and if you have 4 or more people, you will save 100 yen. This course is much cheaper than ordering individual items, so if you are visiting with a group of 3 or more, we recommend using the all-you-can-eat and drink course!
