Crisp roast pork has a strong and punchy taste, so adding sugar changes the taste to a mellow taste that you can enjoy twice.There are also many dishes that are popular in China, which are not very familiar in Japan. We also have dishes using chicken feet and durian pie, which has no odor and is said to be good for nutritional recovery after childbirth.

Choose wine that goes well with Chinese Cuisine. For whiskey, we have standard Japanese favorites such as Yamazaki and Hakushu. There are 5 types of carefully selected tea. These are high-quality tea leaves that the company president personally purchases when he visits China. Oshidaka milk tea, a combination of tea leaves and coffee, is popular. Please enjoy it◎
