We offer luxurious Yonezawa beef, one of Japan's three major wagyu beef varieties. We purchase A5 rank Yonezawa beef from a contracted farm called "Sato Livestock" in Yamagata. The cows are raised in a climate with large temperature differences, clear water gushing from the rich mountains, and clear air, and the meat is thick with beautiful marbling. Recommended is salt Sukiyaki! A light flavor made with salt and bonito stock. It is a very satisfying dish that can be lightly grilled with our homemade blend of salt, marinated in salt and bonito stock and enjoyed with the flavor of the soup, or finished off with rice porridge.
