Chefyoung chef
At the age of 16, he began his career as a chef at a local restaurant, and at the age of 18 he began training at a yakitori restaurant in Tokyo. After working as a sous chef in Kagurazaka and launching three restaurant restaurants, including overseas, he studied at famous restaurants in Tokyo. Aging and various skewer styles are developed, and multiple chickens are used in the land of Nishi-Azabu without being bound by the frame.
