The owner of the restaurant serves as Ryoma's chef. We recommend the tai-meshi (sea bream rice), a specialty of the owner's hometown of Ehime, and local sake. We will create an unforgettable moment for our customers by using the best ingredients and the skills of our craftsmen.

We offer fresh fish and vegetables delivered directly from the farm, such as red sea bream from Ehime Prefecture, Japanese rockfish from Niigata Prefecture, and Kamakura vegetables, using cooking methods that bring out the original flavor of the ingredients to the fullest. One of our specialty dishes is ``Taimeshi'' cooked in golden dashi. Please enjoy not only the plump sea bream and rice soaked in soup stock, but also the fragrant scorched rice that can only be made in a clay pot.

At the counter seats, you can enjoy your meal while watching the craftsmanship in front of you. The private room is a calm space filled with the warmth of wood.
