The owner of Tochioage Local Cuisine that has been around for over 300 years in the Tochio area of Niigata Prefecture, fell in love with the taste and trained at a famous local restaurant, now offering the same taste as the real thing! “Age-ya” is the only place where you can eat freshly fried Tochio-age!

Renovation work was carried out over a month as part of coronavirus countermeasures. Inside the store, we provide a safe and secure space with droplet prevention (completely private rooms), space sterilization system, forced ventilation system, ozone generator installation, and contactless ordering system (customers can order using their smartphones).
