Chef Masamasu Kato was born in Hokkaido in 1993. After working at [Restaurants Molière], moved to Denmark and trained at [Noma]. After returning to Japan, he started up [INUA] and became the chef de partie. After INUA closed, Mr. Hideki Ishikawa approached me and I continued to study at the Ishikawa Group. From September 2021, he will become the chef of [jinen.]. French cuisine that explores the joy of guests and brings out the true flavor of the ingredients with a fresh sensibility. Please enjoy to your heart's content.
