Chinese Ethnic Cuisine prepared by an experienced head chef with a theme of fragrance. We will continue to pursue ``fragrance'' with free ideas that are not bound by frameworks. The forest and scent of Hakushu are all in one dish. Sausage and bacon from Hakushu Town, known for its top 100 famous waters at the foot of Mt. Kaikomagatake in the Southern Alps. Recommended is the sausage platter. Contains flower thin cargo, yuzu pepper, perilla leaves, smoked Hakushu bacon, and our original bean sauce sausage, which is limited to the platter.

The cool, humid climate of the clear air and vast forests slowly nurtured high-quality whisky, and the world-class Japanese single malt whiskey ``Hakushu'' was born. At Saint House, you can enjoy ``Hakushu'' with various scents.
