Naoto Suzuki is an executive chef of Japanese-style meal who was born in Niigata Prefecture in 1953. Since working at "Japanese Cuisine Yachiyo" in 1974, I have been disseminating "Japanese food culture and the Japanese spirit" that connects Japanese traditions to the next generation. In recognition of these efforts, in 2009 he was awarded the Tokyo Meister (Edo Master Craftsman) award for outstanding technicians, and in 2013 he received the "Modern Master Craftsman" award, which is given only to outstanding technicians. Awarded by the Commissioner of the Agency for Cultural Affairs. His book ``Tokyo Kaikan Osechi and Festival Cuisine'' is also on sale.
