He boldly incorporates his own training at famous restaurants around the world to create a gourmet space unique to ZURRIOLA. A wide variety of Spanish wines are essential to savor the carefully prepared dishes that evoke the changing of the seasons. In keeping with the chef's desire to be "close to everyone," the restaurant has a chef's table, and at the counter seats in the open kitchen, you can enjoy the food with all five senses, including the aroma and sound. Chef Honda's insatiable curiosity continues to evolve the cuisine, which is refined to be even more profound and sublime.
